Each appointment is customized rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, allowing time to focus on comfort, coat condition, and behavior.

Most dogs are welcome. Each dog is evaluated individually to determine the best approach for their comfort and safety. Dogs with anxiety, senior dogs, and those with mild behavioral concerns can often be accommodated with appropriate adjustments. If a dog is unable to safely tolerate grooming, alternative recommendations may be provided.

Yes, in many cases. Please share any medical conditions prior to your appointment so appropriate adjustments can be made. Depending on the condition, certain grooming techniques may be modified, or a veterinary groomer may be recommended if needed.

Each dog is worked with at their own comfort level. Techniques may be adjusted to reduce stress, and breaks may be taken when needed. Safety is always the top priority. If a dog becomes too stressed or unsafe to continue, the grooming process may be adjusted or stopped, and recommendations will be provided for next steps.

Each appointment begins with an assessment of coat condition and behavior, followed by grooming tailored to your dog’s needs. Because this is one-on-one grooming, your dog is not in a rotation with other pets, helping reduce stress and allowing for a more focused experience.

Each appointment is scheduled for a specific duration based on your dog’s size and the services selected. While this provides a general timeframe, the actual time may vary depending on coat condition and behavior. This allows flexibility to ensure each dog receives thorough, unhurried care.

If additional time is needed due to matting, coat condition, or behavior, it will be billed at $10 per 15 minutes. This helps ensure your dog receives safe, comfortable, and complete care without rushing.

A short walk, play session, and potty break before your appointment is helpful so your dog arrives comfortable and ready for grooming. If your dog has any known behavioral triggers, medical conditions, or sensitivities, please share that information ahead of time so adjustments can be made.

If matting is present, additional time and care will be needed to safely address it. This may result in additional charges or, in some cases, the need to schedule a second appointment depending on the severity. Severely matted coats can impact your dog’s skin health and comfort, so the process is always guided by their safety and well-being.

Dogs with active flea infestations cannot be groomed in a home-based salon setting. If fleas are found during an appointment, the service will be stopped to help prevent spread and protect other pets. Once the infestation has been treated, the appointment can be rescheduled.

Dogs must be current on required county vaccinations, including Rabies and DHPP. This helps support a safe environment for all dogs receiving services.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or adjusted depending on the schedule. This ensures that each dog receives the time and care they need.

In most cases, you will drop off your dog and return when grooming is complete. This helps your dog stay calm and focused in a low-stress environment.
For quick services, you’re welcome to wait in your vehicle if you prefer.

Payment is due at the time services are completed. Accepted forms include cash*, Zelle, and all major credit and debit cards, including contactless options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
*Due to current coin shortages, cash payments may be rounded to the nearest nickel. Exact change is always provided when possible.
